ABSTRACT
Natural farming and regenerative agriculture have emerged as sustainable approaches to address soil degradation, biodiversity loss, and environmental challenges associated with conventional farming systems. These practices emphasize minimal external inputs, conservation of natural resources, enhancement of soil biological activity, and restoration of ecosystem functions. Techniques such as crop diversification, cover cropping, mulching, composting, reduced tillage, and integration of livestock contribute to improved soil structure, nutrient cycling, water retention, and carbon sequestration. By fostering healthy soil ecosystems, these approaches enhance crop resilience, productivity, and long-term sustainability while reducing dependence on synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Promoting natural and regenerative farming is essential for achieving climate-resilient agriculture, environmental conservation, and global food security.
